Q: What size air conditioner unit do I need?
A: If you know the size of your room, generally a 5000BTU can cool up to 10′ x 15′, an 8000BTU can cool up to 15′ x 15′ room, and a 10,000BTU can cool up to 15′ x 18′ room. If you don’t know the size of your room, RentAnAC can estimate by asking you some simple questions. We also carry multiple unit sizes so that we will always have the right fit for your room or apartment.

Q: If I already own an air conditioner, can RentAnAC install it for me?
A: Yes. We have an installation service available to our customers with existing AC units. The cost starts at $75. Please call for additional details.

Q: How long is the rental term?
A: We charge a flat fee for the entire summer. This means from the time you call us to rent the unit until whenever you are ready to have the AC out in the fall. We are completely flexible to your needs.

Q: What if my AC unit stops working?
A: RentAnAC guarantees that all of our rentals will be in good working condition. If for any reason the air conditioner stops cooling, we will immediately fix or replace the unit to make sure you stay cool all summer.
